Courses. 14 days on courses, and only if under 20% watched.
Write from Contact with your order number. A person decides, usually within two business days. There is no self-serve refund button on your orders.
Use the Contact form, topic Billing or refunds, and include the order number from Orders & invoices. Most decisions land within 2 business days.
The amount returns to the original payment method. Entitlement for that line is revoked — the files leave your library and the course player closes. A partial refund on a bundle revokes only the refunded lines.
There is no automated refund from the order card. An earlier version of the site offered one that submitted nowhere; it was removed rather than leave you waiting for a ticket that could not arrive.
