These terms govern your use of the AssetForge store and learning platform, operated by AssetForge Ltd.. Creating an account, buying, or enrolling means you agree to them.

You need an account to buy, enrol, or download. Registration asks for a name, an email address, and a password. We send a verification mail before the account is fully usable.
Sessions live in HTTP-only cookies. Access tokens are kept in memory in the browser, never in localStorage. Refresh tokens rotate; replaying an old one revokes that token family. Keep your password to yourself — activity on your account is treated as yours.
Paying does not, by itself, grant access. A completed checkout creates an order; access is granted only after a verified payment webhook creates an entitlement. A redirect back from the payment provider is not enough.
Until that entitlement exists, downloads stay locked and courses stay closed. Pending orders say so on your order history.
Files you own are handed out as temporary signed URLs, valid for 60–300 seconds. Permanent storage keys never reach the browser. Published product versions are immutable; a change ships as a new version. Updates within a major version are included with the purchase.
Lesson progress, chapter gates and quiz scores are decided on the server. Completing a course may issue a certificate when the curriculum says so. A course purchase is an enrolment for you, not a studio seat licence — see Licensing.
Asset licences are per-seat and described on the licensing page. Refunds follow the windows and process on the refund policy. When a refund is approved, access to that item is revoked.
Applying to sell or teach is an application, not a listing. A person reads it. If it is accepted, the revenue share is agreed then — it is not a fixed house rate printed on the apply page.
Do not scrape the catalogue, share signed download links, attempt to bypass entitlement checks, or use the campus or account tools to attack the service. We can suspend an account that does.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the one that applies. If a change is material, we will say so on the site.
